I’m Austin Ayers, proud owner of Virginia Improvements LLC, established in 2023. Born and raised near Richmond, Virginia, I’ve always had a passion for building, fixing, and improving the world around me.

My career began in the automotive industry, where I earned an Associate’s Degree in Automotive Technology, became a Virginia State Inspector, and achieved the rank of Senior Master Technician for Ford Motor Company. After nearly seven years, I felt called to pursue a new path — one where I could combine my skills with my dream of becoming a business owner in construction and property improvement.

Since leaving the automotive field in 2021, I’ve been working alongside my father, a skilled carpenter, learning the construction industry firsthand and applying those skills to projects across Virginia. Together, we’ve been part of a wide range of projects, including:

• Full home remodels and property transformations

I am also in the process of obtaining my contractor’s license to broaden the scope of services I can offer. In the meantime, I continue to grow Virginia Improvements LLC by taking on projects where a license is not required, building experience, and investing in the future of the company.

Through all of this, my mission remains clear: to improve properties throughout Virginia — from residential to commercial, from driveways to waterfronts.

My journey hasn’t been without challenges — losing my mother unexpectedly and surviving a head-on collision with my father in 2024 tested me deeply. But through God’s grace, I’ve been able to keep moving forward. I believe every setback can be turned into a setup for growth. I’ve been blessed with the skills, opportunities, and determination to serve others, and I’m committed to making a difference in my community one project at a time.
